    had booked a free taster day to try out gym well in advance. Then received phone call a day before stating that they no longer offered this as from a meeting that day! I pointed out that I should still be honoured this taster day trial. Refused. I said that then I would not be joining their gym if that. Is how they treated members!

    Cave like gyms on two floors,basic equipment,car park always full, much better clubs around. Only pool was decent.
